Join us in SW France, for our mother and daughter retreat, an oppotunity to each explore your individual power, wisdom and the beauty of your life phases.

With the everyday chores of motherhood: endless loads of laundry, supermarket shopping, schools runs, club pick ups etc it becomes increasingly difficult to connect with our daughters and on top of this you are going through your own transistion, whilst they are going through theirs. With all that is mind, we have thoughtfully designed a unique experience of connection building activities and workshops, intentional cooking and eating, resting, self care and time to just be.

During this retreat, you will get a chance to untangle from the daily grind, fostering deeper connections with your daughter through shared experiences that celebrate the essence of each life phase. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, reconnected, and equipped with newfound insights and tools to navigate the evolving dynamics of motherhood and daughterhood with a renewed sense of harmony and understanding.

We are Antoinette and Tori, mother and daughter, each offering our unique skills and gifts to this magical retreat. Antoinette hosts you and her focus is nourishment, providing support to the mothers and their timely shifts. While Tori focuses on empowerment and supports the daughters as they journey through the early female archetypes.

The retreat will feature all our skilled facilitators at different times and will include the following:

  • Pre retreat discovery call helping Antoinette and Tori to understand your personal needs
  • Connection building workshops and group coaching sessions 
  • Mother-daughter photo shoot 
  • 60 minute Complete Recovery Massage Ritual (over 21 years only)
  • Meditation and breath work sessions
  • In room wellness rituals
  • One on one consultations with Antoinette and Tori
  • Evening sound healing sessions/outdoor movie night (teen retreat)
  • Arts/crafts/nature workshops 
  • Access to relaxation hubs within Les Marguerites for your sole use.
  • Opportunities to relax, reflect and to take strolls around the beautiful surrounding countryside.
  • Bespoke resources and healthy living bag to take away with you.
  • Delicious, nutritious meals throughout your stay shared with your fellow attendees in the garden (weather permitting).

Antoinette, your dedicated host and the creative force behind Les Marguerites. 

Over the past 15 years, she and her family have lovingly built a home and crafted a space of intentional living through nutrition and spiritual well-being. 

Since relocating to France in 2008, Antoinette embarked on a personal and spiritual journey bravely opening a business in a foreign country aligned with her true passion and purpose, deepening her own spiritual awareness. 

Antoinette is deeply convinced that her presence in this time and space is a calling—a commitment to serve and empower you as you embark on your own transformative journey.

tori

Tori is a teen and woman's coach helping women of all ages fall in love with the journey of being a woman. Working with teen's one on one and in groups she supports young women during the changes and transitions of adolescence.

She acts as a bridge between the scientific and the spiritual worlds by combining her knowledge gained from her Masters in Psychology, a Teen Mentorship Certification, 650+ hrs Coaching Certification and over 5 years of intimate work with the female archetypes.

Her connection to the feminine energy and cyclical archetypes allows her to help women in all stages of life embrace their evolving energies and identity shifts. Specialising in the shifts during major life transitions, she offers the space to grieve old identities that no longer serve us and embrace new empowering identities.

Prices


Mother and teen daughter 2024 (Monday 29th July arrival – Friday Auguest 2nd depart (4 nights).

  • Early bird price until January 31st 2024: £1750 per mother and daughter 
  • Full price  £1950 per mother daughter 

Mother and adult daughter 2024 (Thursday 19th September- Sunday 22nd September 29th. 3 nights).

  • Early bird price until April 30th 2024: £2000 per mother and daughter 
  • Full price  £2222 per mother daughter

 These prices include all food, drink and any activities and equipment arranged as part of the retreat at Les Marguerites. All bedrooms are en-suite.

These prices do not include flights and transfer from the airport (although this can be arranged). Once all arrival times are known then this might result in shared transfers. Antoinette will keep everyone aware of the options that are available.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

There is a 30% deposit which secures your booking. After the deposit the remainder can be paid in either one of two payments and the balnce is to be paid 2 months before the start of the retreat.
If you cancel at anytime then you will either lose your deposit or you will be able to exchange it for a future visit to Les Marguerites.  This exchange is only valid up to 3 months prior to your arrival. Payment in full will be required 2 months before your arrival.  If at this point you decide to cancel your trip then you will lose the full amount.  However, you may, at our discretion, be able to rebook to another time with no additional costs as long as we are able fill your spot on the cancelled retreat.

Travel and Insurance

Many airlines fly into Toulouse (1.5 hours away)

Ryan Air fly to Carcassonne from the UK (30 mins away)



We offer a complimentary airport transfer service on the morning of the arrival day and the afternoon of the departure day (please contact us to discuss time). If you wish to travel independently, Car hire / taxis are available at all airports and you can get to Limoux by train from Toulouse (change at Carcassonne). Please ensure you make your onward bookings before you arrive.

If you arrive by train at Limoux we will pick you off and drop you off at any time on arrival and departure days.

Please ensure that you arrange your own travel insurance to avoid any unforeseeable problems.
